At Timber Moose Dynamics LLC, we take pride in hauling your junk with care, efficiency, and integrity. We stand by our work and want you to know where we stand on refunds and cancellations
🪓 Once We Haul It, It’s Gone!
Once your items have been loaded into our trailer and removed from your property, our service is considered complete. Because junk removal is an on-the-spot service, we do not offer refunds after the load is hauled. We’ve already invested time, fuel, and team effort—and your junk is no longer on-site.
🌲 Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
We understand that plans change.

24-Hour Notice: Cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, and you’ll receive a full refund (if prepaid) or won’t be charged (if you haven’t paid yet).

Same-Day Cancellation: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or our team is already en route, a $100 cancellation fee will apply. This covers crew time, fuel, and scheduling costs.
🛠️ Service Quality Guarantee
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
🚫 Non-Donatable or Restricted Items
Some items, like hazardous materials or certain electronics, can’t be accepted due to local regulations. If we encounter these, we’ll notify you on-site and offer alternative solutions at an additional cost. No refunds are given for items we cannot accept under the law.
