No, you are not required to carry things outside. However, the easier the access is to the items, the sooner we can be in and out with the job. We have had jobs where it is right where we park the trailer, and others where we have to make quite the trek.
Yes, we can remove items from inside of your home.
Let us know which rooms the items are in and how we can reach them. We’ll talk through the removal with you as part of the estimate.
Yes, this is actually our preferred method. Fill out the Request Estimate form and attach photos or text photos of the items you want removed. A few notes about their location and anything particularly heavy will help us better understand the job.
Yes, this is actually the most common method.
Tell us about every area you’d like cleared. We can discuss the full job together so the estimate accounts for everything you want removed.
Yes we can both furniture and appliances in this same trip. It helps us to know what appliances you are looking to have removed up front as some appliances require being dropped off in a different section at the Waste Facilities. This allows us to load the trailer in a more effective manner.
You are more than welcome to add items after we have given an estimate.
As TMD Junk goes by trailer space used (1/4, 1/2, 3/4, FULL, and FULL+) you are welcome to add however much more, but the space needed might go up.
Yes, there are items we are not allowed to dispose of for the safety of others. For more information, please refer to our page detailing the items we cannot take.
No you do not. Though it can help both parties better determine how big of a job we are looking at, our Request Estimate is used to get as much information as we can, and make the best determination on size. Due to many factors, the estimate could potentially move up or down a Trailer Space Size.
No, you do not have to be there when the job is being completed.
Though we prefer the customer to be present, we understand this is not always doable. We can further discuss details, location of items, access to property or location, etc, during an Estimate.

If you live within this area, chances are we do. We are always willing to travel further, but the price might have to reflect travel time.
