Refund Policy
Last Updated: October 4th, 2026
At Timber Moose Dynamics LLC, we want you to understand the work and price before we begin. This policy explains how we handle cancellations, refunds, and concerns about our junk removal, property cleanout, and light demolition services.
Any separate written agreement you accept for a project, prepaid service plan, or promotion will govern its specific refund terms, subject to applicable law.
Estimates and Approval
We confirm the scope and price with you before beginning work. If additional items, unexpected conditions, or changes to the project require a price adjustment, we will request your approval before performing additional work.
If you decline a proposed adjustment, we will discuss whether we can complete the original scope or stop the work. You remain responsible for authorized work already completed and any previously disclosed and accepted charges.
Cancellations Before Work Begins
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you cancel before work begins, payments for unperformed services will be refunded, less any cancellation fee or nonrefundable project cost specifically disclosed and accepted before booking. We do not apply undisclosed cancellation fees.
Deposits and Advance Payments
Any required deposit will be applied toward your agreed service total.
Before collecting a deposit, we will explain any conditions affecting its refundability. If no separate conditions were disclosed and accepted, the deposit will be refunded when you cancel before work begins.
Cancellations by Our Team
If we cancel your service and cannot arrange a replacement appointment acceptable to you, we will refund payments for unperformed services.
For projects that have already started, authorized work completed and previously agreed project costs may remain payable.
Timber Moose Dynamics LLC holds the right to cancel the job for any reason.
Completed Services
Once the agreed services have been completed, payments are generally nonrefundable solely because you change your mind about having the work performed or the items removed.
This does not prevent you from raising a concern about incomplete work, a billing error, property damage, or services that did not match the agreed scope.
Service Concerns
If you are unhappy with our work, please contact us promptly. Include your name, service address, service date, and a description of the issue. Photos may help us review your concern.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include completing outstanding work, correcting the issue, adjusting the invoice, or issuing a partial or full refund.
Items Removed by Mistake
Please clearly identify what should be removed and what must remain before work begins.
If an item was removed by mistake, contact us immediately. We will determine whether it can still be recovered. Recovery cannot be guaranteed once an item has been disposed of, recycled, donated, or transferred to another recipient.
If our team removed an item outside the authorized scope, we will investigate and discuss an appropriate resolution.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact us so we can review the transaction. Confirmed overpayments or duplicate charges will be refunded.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method. If that is not possible, we will arrange an alternative with you.
We will confirm when the refund has been submitted. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
